Upon entering, you’ll be greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere, where comfort meets convenience. The accommodation features four comfortable beds, including two double bedrooms and one bedroom with two single beds, ensuring a restful night’s sleep for all guests. Linens and towels are provided, with hangers and hairdryers available in each room for your convenience.

The double bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom, while the other double room and twin room have access to a shared family bathroom, offering both privacy and functionality. For families with little ones, a highchair is available in the laundry room, along with essential amenities such as an iron, ironing board, hoover, washing machine, dryer, and a small secondary freezer.

The heart of the home is the open-plan kitchen, overlooking the spacious living and dining area, where you can whip up delicious meals using the provided electric kettle, toaster, corkscrew bottle opener, and a range of cutlery and ceramics. Outside, Tarn View offers driveway parking for two or three vehicles, ensuring convenient access for guests. The living room overlooks the picturesque garden, providing the perfect backdrop for an enjoyable afternoon overlooking distinctly Lake District visuals, including the nearby tarn. Garden furniture is provided for your comfort, including four comfortable chairs with a side table and a dining set of six chairs with a large dining table, ideal for al fresco dining or simply soaking in the tranquillity of the surroundings.

Train: Oxenholme The Windermere Train Station is the closest train station to Winster. It provides excellent connections to major cities such as London, Manchester, and Edinburgh, the train station also hosts the main bus hub with many mainline changes and destinations for both bus and rail travellers. Alternatively, the Oxenholme Train Station can be found in Kendal.

Bus: The area is well-served by bus services, offering convenient routes connecting nearby towns and attractions. Kendal and Windermere have bus stations that provide access to various destinations within the Lake District.
