The Space
Located on the ground floor, the Orangery is a stylish and newly renovated one bed apartment that sits comfortably in the heart of the lakes with easy access to Windermere. Windermere is a quintessential Lakeland village with many restaurants, bars and shops. With the train station and lively town only a short walk away, the Orangery is the perfect location to use as a base to explore the rest of the lake district.
Guest Access
Wheelchair access is, unfortunately, not available. Guests have full access to the flat and accompanying parking space.
Getting Around
There is parking available for one vehicle, with additional parking can be found on street. The nearest bus stop is the Library stop found just a few minutes’ walk away and travels on the 6, 508, 555, 597, 599 and 755 bus routes around the lakes. Windermere Train Station is a short, manageable walk from The Orangery. Regular ferries and boat trips around Lake Windermere can be taken from the Bowness on Windermere Terminal operated by Windermere Lake Cruises.
Additional Information
A Deposit of £100.00 is to be charged on the date of arrival and returned post check out. The Orangery is not pet friendly; we kindly ask that you do not bring your furry friends along for your visit!
