This detached four-bedroom house presents a modern architectural marvel, adorned with large picture windows that invite the essence of nature to flood the interiors with abundant natural light.

Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted by the inviting central dining hall, with its charming wood strip flooring and open riser staircase, setting the stage for a relaxing getaway. The open-plan kitchen, separated from the dining hall by a sleek oak breakfast bar, beckons with its warm ambiance and fully equipped amenities, perfect for preparing family meals or enjoying a quiet evening in. Off from the fully equipped kitchen, you will find a utility room with additional fridge, washer and dryer.

Adjacent to the kitchen, discover two light-filled reception rooms – a spacious living room and a cosy snug – both offering mesmerizing views of the surrounding countryside and the picturesque tarn through glazed doors and picture windows. Step outside onto the paved terrace, accessible from the sitting room, snug, and master bedroom, and immerse yourself in the tranquillity of the natural landscape.

Waterside boasts four bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom, providing ample space and comfort for every guest. The ground floor bedroom, featuring a king bed and feature French windows with a convenient en suite with a freestanding bath with a shower attachment, toilet and sink.

Upstairs, three additional bedrooms await, each with well-appointed en suite bathrooms and wall mounted TV’s. The bedrooms upstairs are a king room, double room, and twin bedroom each with an en suite bathroom. The en suites each host a walk-in shower, toilet and sink. The double and king bedrooms located to the left and opposite of the top of the stairs benefit from a shared balcony. The rooms themselves access the balcony via glass doors found in each room, the balcony itself has convenient outdoor furniture to sit and enjoy overlooking the tarn and natural surroundings.
